Welcome to The Chapin School Online Application. We are currently accepting applications for Kindergarten and Classes 6 through 10 for the 2014-2015 academic year. For information about other grades, please call the admissions office before proceeding with the online application.

• Please note that required fields are marked with an asterisk and that Chapin will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful with spelling, capitalization and punctuation.
• Upload a family photograph (optional). If you would prefer to send it by mail to the admissions office, please do so.
• When you have completed the form please check to make sure that the information you provided is correct before you click to submit. If you would like to print a copy of your completed application for your records, you must print before you click submit.
• Enter the necessary payment information. Families who do not require financial assistance should submit a $65.00 application fee. All fees are nonrefundable. There is no fee for families who are requesting financial aid.
• Click "Submit!" Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Chapin.
